Our services are performed by licensed and insured plumbing professionals. We strive to provide high-quality workmanship and timely service delivery. Specific service details, scope, and expected outcomes will be discussed prior to commencement of work.
All services are subject to pricing that will be provided to the client before work begins. We offer upfront estimates for most non-emergency services. Emergency service rates may apply outside standard business hours or for urgent situations, as communicated at the time of booking. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, checks, and cash. Invoices not paid by the due date may incur late fees as specified. Clients are responsible for all costs associated with collection of unpaid amounts.
Clients are responsible for providing a safe and accessible work environment for our plumbers. This includes ensuring clear access to the work area, providing necessary utilities (water, electricity), and informing us of any known pre-existing conditions or hazards. Clients must also secure any necessary permits or permissions if required for specific projects, although we can assist in guiding this process.
Hialeah Plumbing Experts warrants its workmanship to be free from defects for a period mutually agreed upon in writing, typically 30 days from the date of service completion, covering labor only. Warranties on parts and materials are subject to the manufacturer's terms. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services performed. We are not liable for any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages, including but not limited to water damage, property damage, or loss of use resulting from unforeseen circumstances, pre-existing conditions not disclosed, or improper use of plumbing systems post-service. We cannot guarantee the longevity of old or failing systems beyond the scope of the immediate repair.
All content on the Hialeah Plumbing Experts website, including text, graphics, logos, and service descriptions, is our property and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at our discretion, particularly if the client's conduct is abusive, unreasonable, or if the work environment is deemed unsafe. Clients may cancel service appointments with reasonable notice, as defined in our cancellation policy (if applicable). Excessive cancellations or repeated failure to adhere to the terms may result in termination of service relationship.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located within Miami-Dade County, Florida.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
